Shipping policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Shipping time does not include Holidays and weekends.
Arrival time with the free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please contact us to purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge. For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via USPS 2-4 Day Priority will arrive in approximately 2 days. Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 4 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes and import duties.
- DHL Shipping Service: All DHL shipping services we offer include import duties and taxes.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from zimego.co are eligible for refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products: We do not accept returns on products that have been used, worn, damaged and washed.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for the upgraded shipping service are not refundable.
- Please note: Original shipping cost paid for your shipment may be charged and deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
3) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
4) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office.
